Studio Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase, Dates may be extended at our discretion if bought as a gift, discussed when you validate the voucher. Sessions must take place before this date. Please register the voucher as soon as possible so we can inform you of availability. Photographs are taken at our Burwell studio. Sessions are available on selected days and appointment times subject to availability. Saturdays are only available for family sessions of 3 or more people of 2 or more generations. This voucher is not transferable and two vouchers can not be used for the same session. The included print must be the image of all attendees, unless you order any wall art, in which case you can choose any photo. Only one promotional session per customer in any 12 months. A full variety of pictures will be taken. Your order must be placed at your session as images are not retained on file unless our normal studio session fee is paid. Voucher can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. A £5 P&P charge will be payable to cover delivery of your order if required. A returnable deposit of £35 is required on booking your session via credit/debit card. Deposits will be lost if you fail to attend your appointment unless cancelled or rearranged within 48 hours of the booking.

Refund Policy Once we send you this voucher, you may cancel the transaction at any time within 7 days from the day after the day the voucher is issued. If you do want to cancel, you must do so by sending us an email to tell us you are cancelling to: studio@ashworthphotography.co.uk or writing to us. In either case we can offer a full refund provided of course that you have not yet redeemed the Voucher.
